Size guide
X100
Expanded size 14 x 16 in. Recommended for smaller products, lighter shipments, and cartons where controlled cushioning is more important than large fill volume.
X1000
Expanded size 20 x 28 in. Recommended for larger products, heavier orders, and carton layouts that need broader foam coverage and stronger cavity fill.

- Electronics, components, and compact fragile products packed with X100
- Larger home goods, industrial parts, and heavier shipments packed with X1000
- Irregular items that need foam-in-place style support inside the carton
