What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer X100 with an expanded size of 14 x 16 inches and X1000 with an expanded size of 20 x 28 inches.

What is X100 best for?

X100 is usually the better fit for smaller cartons, compact products, electronics, accessories, and shipments that need moderate expanding foam protection.

What is X1000 best for?

X1000 is better for larger products, deeper cartons, heavier shipments, and packaging situations where more expanded foam coverage is needed.

How do I choose between X100 and X1000?

Start with your product dimensions, weight, and carton size. If the item is small and the carton space is limited, X100 is usually the starting point. If the item is larger or needs more fill and hold, X1000 is usually the better choice.
